Open Road Colchester
Open Road is a registered charity that provides support for individuals affected by drugs and alcohol across Essex and Suffolk. We also work with the Norfolk & Suffolk Community Rehabilitation Company.Open Road was established in 1990 by Richard Ashrowan and Bridie McElroy at their home in Colchester. Open Road subsequently moved to the Trinity Centre in Colchester.
Our mission is to empower individuals, families and communities in their journey of recovery from the harmful effects of drugs, alcohol and other addictions. Open Road is a leading provider of drug and alcohol services in the East of England.
We provide emotional and practical help and advice to families who are experiencing long or short term difficulties. We address the needs of families by planning and delivering the right type and level of support.
